The nitty gritty...

  1. By booking you agree you've taken the time to look through my work, and are familiar with the style of the imagery I try to create.
  2. Sessions are in the lifestyle or documentary format (no props etc).
  3. While I will do my best to capture your families story, I cannot control how little ones feel on the day.
  4. Please wear clothes you like, I am happy to help with styling advice before the session, but ultimately, what you're wearing is going to be up to you and I will not be able to change it in post processing... please refer to the 'what to wear' pdf for some ideas, it will be sent once dates are set.
  5. Cancellations must be made as early as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the session. Please understand that when a session needs to be re-scheduled, it is subject to my calendar and availability. If a new date cannot be agreed upon, the session fee is non-refundable but may be used as a credit towards a future session (for up to two years from original session date).
  6. Sessions will take place at a mutually agreed upon location or venue. The session fee does not include any entry fees.
  7. Sessions are for Immediate Family, and include family members (mom, dad, siblings). I need to be advised if Extended family will attend the session, additional charges may apply.
  8. Payment is due in full before the session (50% booking retainer secures your spot in the diary).
  9. The client will select their images from the gallery provided. Images will be provided in digital format.
  10. Screengrabs of the selection gallery is strictly prohibited and considered a breach of contract.
  11. Images may not be altered in any way without the express written permission of Daniela Gisi Photography.

For Vouchers:

All the above applies.

  1. The voucher is valid for the date stated on the document.
  2. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
  3. Should the voucher expire, the value of the voucher can be used towards a new session.
  4. Please read carefully what is included in your voucher. For example if the voucher includes 5 images, you may use the voucher towards your total session, and 5 images will be credited with a full discount on your final basked.
